How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Transport Coordinator / Customer Support Administrator

    Location: Dartford
    Salary: £28,000 per annum
    Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
    Hybrid working available after probation

    Integral Staff are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing transport business for a professional and organised Transport Coordinator to join their team in Dartford.

    This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role that combines customer service, administration and transport coordination. Working as part of a busy and supportive team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring deliveries run smoothly while building strong relationships with customers, drivers and internal departments.

    The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and confident communicating with people at all levels. No two days are the same, so this role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving and keeping operations running efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Coordinating daily transport schedules and supporting vehicle movements

    * Acting as a key point of contact for drivers, customers and internal teams

    * Providing excellent customer service and resolving queries efficiently

    * Maintaining accurate transport and delivery records

    * Monitoring delivery performance and supporting operational efficiency

    * Assisting the transport team with general administration and day-to-day coordination

    * Supporting continuous improvement across transport operations

    Requirements:

    * Previous experience within transport, logistics or a similar operational environment preferred

    * Strong organisational and administrative skills

    * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

    * Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure

    * Good IT skills including Microsoft Office

    * Positive, team-oriented and proactive approach
