About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Washer to join a busy workshop environment at London Heathrow. This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining high standards of cleanliness across vehicles and the workshop, supporting the wider operations team.
This position would suit someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in their environment, and can work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
* Steam cleaning vehicles and ground support equipment
* Cleaning vehicle interiors to a high standard
* Maintaining a clean and organised workshop and yard
* Recording completed work on job sheets and time records
* Monitoring and ordering cleaning supplies when required
* Supporting with general ad hoc workshop duties
Health & Safety
* Follow all health & safety procedures and safe systems of work
* Use PPE correctly at all times
* Report hazards, incidents, and near misses
* Maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others
Requirements
* Experience in a hands-on, service-driven or industrial environment preferred
* Good understanding of health & safety practices
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Flexible and proactive attitude
