Description
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards within the property portfolio.
Monitor and manage risk assessments and safety audits across sites.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.
Provide clear guidance and support to internal teams regarding compliance matters.
Investigate and resolve compliance issues promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities.
Liaise with external regulators and stakeholders when necessary.
