How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    We are looking for a high‑energy, hands‑on Marketing Executive to help bring our brand and marketing strategy to life. This role is about execution, turning strategy and direction into creative, well‑crafted marketing activity across digital, social and offline channels.

    Description

    Key Responsibilities

    Bring the marketing plan to life through consistent, high‑quality execution
    Create and deliver engaging content across digital, social and offline channels
    Apply and champion the brand across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency of tone and visual identity
    Manage and update the company website, keeping content current and on brand
    Own the day‑to‑day creation and publishing of social media content
    Design and produce digital and printed collateral to support sales and commercial activity
    Support the planning and delivery of events, exhibitions and brand activations
    Identify opportunities to improve, refresh or enhance marketing activity
    Manage multiple priorities, deadlines and outputs in a fast‑paced environment
    Support the Head of Marketing with research, insight and execution of strategic initiatives

    Profile

    Requirements

    Strong written and verbal communication skills
    Demonstrable experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom)
    Experience creating digital and social content
    Understanding of budgets and working within cost parameters
    Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects

    Ideal Profile

    A hands‑on and energetic marketer who enjoys being busy and making things happen
    Naturally creative with the ability to generate and develop multiple ideas
    Bias towards action you prefer creating, testing and improving rather than waiting for perfection
    Comfortable working at pace and adapting when priorities shift
    Confident working under direction while taking ownership of delivery
    Open to feedback and keen to develop your skills
    Experience with photography, video, events or SEO is a plus, but not essential
