Aspire People are seeking a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Selly Oak. This is an exciting opportunity to teach a small class of 23 pupils, providing high-quality learning experiences in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the school's curriculum.
Monitor and assess pupils' progress, providing feedback to support development.
Promote a positive classroom culture, encouraging curiosity and independence.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and school leadership to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
We're looking for candidates who:
Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
Have experience teaching Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3.
Are adaptable, enthusiastic, and passionate about primary education.
Can build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
