Multi Skilled Plumber – Social Housing Maintenance

Location: E5 0HL Lower Clapton, East London
Hourly rate - £25.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp To Perm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Plumber to join a well-established social housing maintenance contractor working on a single residential site in Lower Clapton.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a stable, long-term role with no day-to-day travel and consistent work within one location.

The Role

You will be carrying out a mixture of planned and reactive maintenance within occupied social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

General plumbing repairs and maintenance
Reactive maintenance works
Planned maintenance tasks
Fault finding and repairs
Basic multi-trade duties including:

Carpentry
Tiling
Patch plastering
Painting & decorating

Working within occupied properties and communal areas
Providing excellent customer service to tenants and residents
Requirements

NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent preferred
Previous experience within social housing or property maintenance
Strong reactive maintenance background
Ability to carry out basic multi-trade works
Good communication and customer service skills
Own tools required
