How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Job Overview
    Customer Care Associate – Rural & Agricultural Sector
    Are you naturally comfortable around farms, rural estates and agricultural life?
    Whether you’ve grown up around farming, attended agricultural college, worked within the rural community or simply understand the day-to-day realities of farm life, this could be a fantastic long-term opportunity to join a highly respected business within the agricultural sector.
    We’re looking for a confident and personable Customer Care Associate to support and build relationships with rural and farming clients, including attending customer premises to carry out reviews, discuss any changes within their business and provide ongoing support and advice.
    This is a varied role combining customer service, relationship management, administration and site visits, so strong communication skills and confidence working independently are essential.
    The ideal candidate will have:
    * A genuine understanding of farming or rural life
    * Confident communication and customer service skills
    * Strong spelling, grammar and attention to detail
    * Confidence working independently and managing their own diary
    * Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
    * Good IT skills and willingness to learn
    Highly desirable:
    * Farming background
    * Agricultural studies/college
    * Equine or rural industry experience
    * Knowledge of agricultural equipment, seasonal farm operations or rural businesses
    Full training provided.
    Hybrid working available after training with the opportunity to work remotely 1–2 days per week once fully established within the role.
    A genuinely lovely long-term opportunity for someone looking to build a career within a stable and highly regarded rural-focused business.
    We thank all candidates who take the time to apply — every application is genuinely appreciated and reviewed with care. If your experience closely matches what our client is looking for, we’ll be in touch. If you don’t hear from us, please assume that on this occasion you haven’t been selected, but we truly wish you every success in finding the right next role
