We are looking for a passionate and experienced childcare professional to join our nursery as a Nursery Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for either an established Nursery Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in their career.
You will lead a dedicated team, ensure outstanding standards of care and education, and help create a positive, nurturing environment where children can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursery
* Lead, motivate, and support the nursery team
* Maintain high standards of care, safeguarding, and learning
* Build positive relationships with parents and carers
* Ensure compliance with EYFS and Ofsted standards
* Support staff development, training, and recruitment
* Contribute to occupancy growth and nursery performance
Requirements:
* Level 3 qualification in Childcare or above
* Experience working as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager
* Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
* Excellent leadership and organisational skills
* A genuine passion for early years education and childcare
