What You Will Do:
• Lead the planning and implementation of facility installations for new model introductions, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Develop detailed facility timing plans aligned with manufacturing launch strategies.
• Create and manage technical specifications, supplier selection, and vendor management activities.
• Ensure facility designs meet manufacturing process requirements and adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Drive efficiency by achieving equipment capability targets and adhering to reliability and maintainability principles.
• Represent the team at programme meetings, providing updates and managing technical issue resolutions.
What You Will Bring:
• A solid understanding of NEBOSH and Construction Design Management (CDM) Regulations.
• Proven experience in project and budgetary management within a manufacturing environment.
• A track record of managing multiple facility suppliers and delivering concurrent projects.
• Experience in product launches and familiarity with virtual toolsets.
• A proactive approach with a commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results.
