The Position - HLTA
The school is seeking a confident, proactive and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their team in September. The successful candidate will be responsible for covering classes across the school when required, ensuring pupils remain engaged and lessons continue smoothly in the absence of the class teacher. You will also deliver targeted interventions to support pupils' academic progress, working with small groups and individual children across different year groups. The ideal candidate will have strong behaviour management skills, excellent communication and the ability to build positive relationships with both pupils and staff. Previous experience as an HLTA within a primary school setting is essential. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is flexible, enthusiastic and passionate about supporting children to reach their full potential.
