Salary: £36,250 per year
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Carpenter to join a well-established social housing contractor working across domestic properties in Havant and the surrounding areas.
The Role
You will be carrying out a range of carpentry repairs and maintenance works within social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Typical duties include:
Reactive and planned carpentry repairs
Door repairs and replacements
Kitchen fitting and repairs
Skirting, architraves, and flooring repairs
Window and lock repairs
General maintenance within occupied propertiesWhat We’re Looking For
Previous experience working as a Carpenter within domestic or social housing environments
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Good customer service and communication skills
Full UK driving licence
Relevant carpentry qualifications are desirableWhat’s On Offer
