Role & Responsibilities
Complete residential stock condition surveys
Carry out domestic EPC assessments
Inspect building fabric and maintenance issues
Prepare accurate survey reports
Manage survey schedules independently
Skills & Experience Required
Elmhurst accredited Domestic Energy Assessor
Residential EPC assessment experience
Stock condition surveying experience
Strong residential building knowledge
Full UK driving licence and vehicle access
