CNC Machinist - Bespoke Joinery Manufacturing

Salary: £14.00 - £16.80 per hour depending on experience + Overtime Available
We are recruiting for an experienced CNC Machinist to join our client's growing bespoke manufacturing team in Newark.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional and highly organised workshop producing high-end bespoke cabinetry and furniture.
Benefits:
Full-time permanent position
40-hour working week
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Half day finish every Friday
Overtime available
20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays

Operating CNC machinery safely and efficiently
Machining timber and manufactured boards accurately
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and cutting lists
Using woodworking machinery and workshop equipment
Carrying out quality checks throughout production
Supporting assembly and production where required
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop environment
Working to deadlines while maintaining high quality standardsCandidate Requirements:
Previous CNC machining experience within joinery, cabinet making or furniture manufacturing
Ability to read and work from technical drawings
Experience using woodworking machinery and equipment
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bench joinery experience advantageous but not essential
