About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Estimator to join our growing team within the modular construction sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their estimating career within a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Working alongside the estimating team, you will assist in preparing accurate cost estimates, analysing project requirements, and supporting competitive tender submissions.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with preparing cost estimates for modular construction projects
* Review drawings, specifications, and project documents
* Carry out quantity take-offs and cost analysis
* Obtain supplier and subcontractor quotations
* Support tender and proposal submissions
* Maintain estimating records and cost databases
Requirements
* Previous estimating experience within construction or modular building preferred
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Good communication and teamwork abilities
* Positive attitude with willingness to learn and develop
