About the role:
You’ll be teaching within Key Stage 2, delivering lessons across the curriculum and supporting pupils as they develop independence and confidence in their learning. Flexibility and strong classroom management will be essential as you adapt to different school environments.
Key responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver engaging KS2 lessons in line with the national curriculum
– Support pupils’ progress across core and foundation subjects
– Differentiate learning to meet a range of abilities
– Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom
– Assess and monitor pupil progress
What we’re looking for:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
– Experience teaching in UK primary schools – essential
– Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum
– Effective classroom and behaviour management skills
– A proactive and adaptable approach
