The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Classroom Teacher
QTS or PGCE qualification
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
A calm, patient, and resilient approach
The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable young people
SEN or SEMH experience is beneficial, but not essential
The Role:
Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to pupils' individual needs
Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
Support pupils with emotional regulation and social development
Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and senior leaders
Encourage pupil confidence, independence, and academic progress
