Job description:
- Planning and delivering engaging Science lessons to learners with complex needs
- Promoting positive behaviour and interactions
- Monitoring student progress
- Pupil supervision outside the class including school trips and activities
- Full-time, permanent role
- Start September 2026
- Salary up to £40,179 (including SEN allowance)
Person specification:
- Experience working with SEND pupils, ideally within a specialist setting
- Strong experience in teaching GCSE Science
- Experience of behaviour management and de-escalation
- QTS or QTLS
