Key Responsibilities:
As part of the kitchen team, you'll:
Support the pastry section with daily preparation
Ensure desserts and pastry items are prepped and maintained throughout service
Work closely with the wider kitchen brigade
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Bring strong organisation and attention to detail as a Pastry Chef

Previous experience working within a pastry section
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
The ability to commit to a busy summer season
Good time management and preparation skills
Experience working as a Pastry Chef within a professional kitchen
