An internationally renowned company is seeking an Account Coordinator with German language skills to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Utilising your English and German language skills, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service at all times ensuring sales opportunities are maximised through various communication channels.
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Developing and maintaining good relationships with customers to ensure the highest level of satisfaction
- Providing exceptional support via phone and email in the German language
- Assisting with customer enquiries and resolve any issues with a friendly and positive approach
- Maintain accurate records and ensure that all customer interactions are well-documented
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success working within a customer service role, you will possess excellent communication skills and be an excellent team player.
