We are recruiting for an experienced CNC Turner Setter/Operator to join a well-established engineering company in Leicester.
This is a permanent, full-time role working either days or nights, with a strong hourly rate, a 4-day week, and long-term stability in a busy manufacturing environment.
If you have experience setting and operating CNC lathes, this could be a great opportunity.
The Role:
* Setting and operating CNC turning machines
* Producing parts to drawing and required tolerances
* Making offsets and basic adjustments
* Inspecting parts using measuring equipment
* Working to quality and production targets
* Keeping your area clean, safe, and organised
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience as a CNC Turner Setter/Operator
* Ability to set and operate CNC lathes
* Able to read engineering drawings
* Experience using measuring equipment
* Good attention to detail
* Reliable and hard-working attitude
* Experience with Mazak Quick Turn lathes would be an advantage
Hours:
Day Shift
Monday to Thursday
07:00 – 17:15
Night Shift
Monday to Thursday
18:00 – 06:00
Pay:
* £15.00 per hour
* £2.00 per hour night shift allowance
