We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced Sheet Metal Worker / Fabricator to join our client’s team, specialising in the manufacture of bespoke, high-quality metal products.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated fabrication professional with strong MIG and TIG welding experience who takes pride in delivering precision workmanship to a consistently high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Fabricate bespoke metal components from technical drawings and specifications
* Carry out MIG and TIG welding to a high standard
* Cut, form, assemble, and finish sheet metal parts
* Operate fabrication machinery, hand tools, and workshop equipment safely and efficiently
* Work with a variety of metals and materials
* Ensure all work meets required tolerances, quality standards, and production deadlines
* Conduct quality inspections throughout the fabrication process
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years’ fabrication experience (required)
* Strong MIG and TIG welding skills
* Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings
* Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
* Good understanding of fabrication techniques, material properties, and finishing processes
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay & Benefits
* £16.00 – £20.00 per hour (depending on experience)
