Key Responsibilities
Operating FLT Counterbalance trucks within a busy logistics environment
Loading and tipping trailers safely and efficiently
Working outdoors as requiredRequirements
Valid, in‑date accredited FLT Counterbalance licence (RTITB, ITSARR or AITT)
Previous experience in a fast‑paced logistics or warehouse setting
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Access to your own transport due to site location
Flexibility to work additional overtime during busy periods (up to 2 extra hours per day, confirmed during shift)Shift Pattern (Monday to Friday, rotating weekly)
Mornings: 05:30 – 14:30
Lates: 15:00 – 00:00Pay Rates
Monday–Friday: £15.33 per hour
