Description
Provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to the legal team.
Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare and format legal documents, reports, and presentations.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with file management, including filing, archiving, and retrieval of documents.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal procedures.
Support team projects and initiatives within the secretarial and business support department.Profile
A successful Legal PA should have:
A strong background in administrative or secretarial roles, ideally within the FMCG industry.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
