Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm
Call Out: 1 in 1 Week Rota | £100 Standby Payment (£5,000 annually)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical or Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join a prestigious corporate office building based in Baker Street, London. The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operation of a high-end corporate office building, ensuring all building services systems are maintained to a high standard.
Duties will include:
* Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
* Reactive maintenance and fault finding
* Electrical or mechanical plant maintenance
* AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, lighting, emergency lighting, HVAC systems
* Escorting specialist subcontractors
* Maintaining site records and compliance documentation
* Ensuring health & safety procedures are adhered to at all times
* Providing excellent client-facing service
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
* Experience working within commercial building maintenance
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Experience within corporate office environments desirable
* Ability to work independently on a single-man site
* Good communication and client-facing skills
