How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a dynamic and experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to support the safe delivery and ongoing development of community-based complex care services in London.

    This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing domiciliary care service and play a key role in shaping clinical standards, supporting care teams, and ensuring high-quality person-centred care delivery.

    About the Role

    As a Registered General Nurse, you will provide office-based clinical leadership and oversight to support clients receiving complex care within their own homes and community settings.

    You as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) will oversee clinical risk assessments, care planning, package mobilisation, staff training, and competency assessments, ensuring care delivery remains safe, compliant, and evidence-based at all times.

    The role requires a confident and proactive clinician who can work independently while supporting operational teams and contributing to service growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Lead and oversee the clinical components of care delivery

    * Support mobilisation and implementation of new complex care packages

    * Conduct clinical assessments, reviews, and risk management processes

    * Develop and oversee person-centred care plans

    * Provide training, supervision, and competency assessments to care staff

    * Support clinical governance, compliance, and quality assurance processes

    * Liaise with multidisciplinary teams and external healthcare professionals

    * Provide clinical guidance and support to operational teams

    * Monitor quality standards and support continuous improvement initiatives

    * Contribute to the development and growth of clinical services, maintain accurate clinical documentation and records

    About You

    * Registered General Nurse with active NMC PIN

    * Minimum 2 years' nursing experience within community or hospital settings

    * Experience in complex care, clinical risk management, and care planning

    * Strong understanding of safeguarding and governance frameworks

    * Excellent communication and leadership skills

    * Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

    * Confident delivering training and supporting staff development

    * Good IT and documentation skills

    * Positive, organised, and solutions-focused approach

    * Teaching or mentoring experience desirable

    * Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
