About the Role:
Aspire People is recruiting a Long-Term SEND Teaching Assistant for schools in Walsall. This is a rewarding role for someone who wants stability and the chance to help students with additional needs thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Support SEND pupils in class and small groups
Implement individual learning plans and support strategies
Assist with daily routines and behaviour management
Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families
