About the Role:
We are looking for a caring and dedicated Long-Term SEND Teaching Assistant to support children with special educational needs across Sandwell schools. This long-term role offers stability, meaningful work, and the chance to make a genuine impact on students' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one or small group support for SEND pupils
Assist with learning activities, classroom management, and daily routines
Support social, emotional, and academic development
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to meet pupils' needs

Requirements:
