Maintenance Electrician

An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join a well-established Facilities Management provider covering King's Lynn and the surrounding region.

We are looking for a qualified electrical professional with strong fault-finding and maintenance experience. Applicants should hold NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Maintenance (or equivalent), alongside the 18th Edition qualification as a minimum.

This role involves working across a portfolio of retail sites, carrying out both planned preventative maintenance and reactive repair work on a range of electrical and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out scheduled PPMs and reactive maintenance tasks across multiple sites
Support fellow engineers with larger maintenance projects when required
Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently to agreed service levels
Ensure all maintenance documentation and reports are completed accurately
Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition
Travel to additional sites within the regional cluster when necessary
Work closely with colleagues and clients to maintain high service standards
Update the Mercury system with accurate, real-time job information
Ensure all work is completed in line with company procedures and KPI targetsRequired Qualifications:

Salary: £40,593
Basic salary: £36,558
£1,500 competency payment following catering training completion
£2,535 annual standby allowance
Paid travel time after the first 30 minutes at overtime rates
