A high-growth specialist lender is expanding and looking to appoint a Loan Manager to play a central role in driving deal flow and execution. This is a hands-on position combining underwriting, deal structuring, and broker relationship management within an ambitious, entrepreneurial environment.

Working directly with the Head of Credit, you’ll benefit from:

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll manage transactions end-to-end, ensuring deals progress efficiently and commercially.
* Underwriting bridging and development finance applications
* Structuring deals in line with credit policy and commercial judgement
* Managing cases from initial enquiry through to completion
* Building and maintaining strong broker and intermediary relationships
* Providing timely updates and resolving issues early
* Preparing clear, concise credit papers for approval
* Working closely with Credit, Sales and Operations to deliver a smooth process
* Contributing to process improvements as the business scales

Experience & knowledge:
* Background in bridging and/or development finance
* Experience in underwriting or a combined underwriting and sales role
* Strong understanding of secured lending and property-backed risk
* Commercially minded with strong deal structuring ability
* Confident communicator with brokers and borrowers
* Highly organised with strong pipeline management skills
* Detail-focused while working at pace
* Proactive, ambitious and eager to grow within a scaling team
