OVERVIEW
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Family Solicitor to join a growing and highly regarded private family team in Woodley. This is an excellent chance to become part of a firm with strong expansion plans, a growing client base, and an increasing presence across the region.
The successful candidate will work closely with experienced family law professionals on a broad range of private family matters while playing a key role in the continued growth of the department and wider business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing a varied caseload of private family law matters including divorce, financial remedy, and private children cases
- Advising clients on sensitive family matters with professionalism and empathy
- Handling financial settlements and relationship breakdown matters from instruction through to conclusion
- Managing matters independently while delivering a high standard of client care
- Undertaking advocacy where appropriate
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts
- Supporting networking and business development initiatives to assist with the continued growth of the department
- Contributing to the firm's expansion plans and growing reputation within the local market
ABOUT YOU
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ PQE in Family Law
- Strong experience handling privately funded family matters
- Interest in business development and networking
- Enthusiastic about joining a growing team with genuine progression opportunities
- A proactive and ambitious approach to career development
- Existing referrer relationships or client following would be beneficial but not essential
