🕒 Working Pattern: 3 days per week on a rolling rota (Monday–Sunday, 8am–9pm)
We are currently recruiting for a compassionate and resilient Support Worker to join a supported housing service working with individuals experiencing mental ill health, challenging behaviour, and alcohol/substance misuse issues.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting vulnerable people and helping them work towards greater independence and stability.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting customers with day-to-day needs and wellbeing
Developing and following support plans
Risk assessing and managing challenging situations safely
Maintaining accurate records and case notes
Building positive and professional relationships with customers
Working independently and as part of a wider support team
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
✔ Experience supporting vulnerable individuals or complex needs clients
✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Confidence with lone working and decision making
✔ Good IT and record-keeping abilities
✔ A calm, resilient, and adaptable approach
✔ Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism
