Requirements
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or similar
* A patient, caring, and proactive approach
* Strong classroom support and behaviour management skills
* Confidence supporting pupils across different age groups and abilities
* A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
