We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a prestigious high-end residential project based in Marlborough. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and professional individual looking to secure a long-term role with a reputable company working on luxury residential developments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing day-to-day site operations
* Managing subcontractors and ensuring work is completed to programme
* Maintaining high standards of health & safety on site
* Ensuring quality control across all trades and finishes
* Coordinating deliveries, materials, and site logistics
* Reporting progress to senior management and clients
* Ensuring projects are delivered to a high-end finish and client expectation
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing high-end residential projects
* Valid SMSTS certificate
* Valid First Aid at Work certificate
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage programmes and maintain quality standards
* Stable work history and professional approach
