As Headteacher, you will:

• Lead the academy with vision, purpose, and strong strategic direction
• Promote excellence in teaching, learning, and inclusive practice
• Drive continuous improvement and support outstanding pupil outcomes
• Create a culture centred around aspiration, teamwork, and safeguarding
• Develop positive partnerships with pupils, parents, staff, and the local community
• Collaborate closely with Governors and senior leadership colleagues to shape the academy’s future success
