The Role
As IT Support, you’ll deliver first‑line support through a service desk function, responding to hardware, software and user access queries.
Key duties include:
* User Account Management
* Software installation and updates
* Incident logging and escalation
* Basic hardware coordination
* Maintaining accurate IT asset records.
* Supporting continuous improvement, documentation and compliance with security and data protection standards.
