About the Role
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a busy Mattress Production Line. This is a hands‑on role within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, ideal for someone who enjoys teamwork and takes pride in maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities
Working as part of a team on the mattress production line, including assembling mattresses and moving pallets
Carrying out additional duties as required to support smooth production flow
Following all relevant health and safety procedures when operating machinery or handling products
Adhering to operational processes and meeting production timelines
Keeping work areas and the factory floor clean, tidy, and safe

Previous production or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
