Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the inspection department, ensuring all processes meet stringent quality standards.
- Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) to perform precise inspections.
- Develop, review, and maintain quality documentation and reports.
- Train and mentor junior inspectors, promoting best practices and adherence to quality protocols.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, driving continuous improvement.
Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders.
- Knowledge/Expertise: Proven experience in quality inspection within a machining environment, with proficiency in CMM programming.
