* You should be comfortable maintaining high code quality standards, including code reviews, testing practices, and iterative development approaches that prioritise fast feedback cycles and continuous improvement.
* The role also requires experience leading technical projects or initiatives, with the ability to adapt requirements as solutions evolve. You will be confident working in environments where problem definitions may shift as technical understanding develops.
* Strong communication skills are essential, including the ability to collaborate effectively across software engineering and other technical disciplines.
* This role is best suited to someone who enjoys solving complex technical and engineering problems.
* No prior experience in quantum computing is required
