If this sounds like you, a well-established school in Reading is looking to welcome a dedicated ASD TA to their team. In this role, the ASD TA will support pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder, helping them access the curriculum, build self-confidence, and thrive in a nurturing classroom setting.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with students while contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment as an ASD TA.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering tailored support as an ASD TA for pupils with additional needs
Assisting with personalised learning and behaviour strategies
Working collaboratively with teachers and the SENCO as an ASD TA
