This role sits within one of our Strategic Accounts delivery teams, supporting global clients where scale, credibility and delivery excellence genuinely matter.
The opportunity
This is a delivery‑first 270 recruitment role, designed for experienced recruiters who want impact without sales distraction.
You'll deliver specialist technology talent across secure and regulated environments, with a strong focus on SC & DV‑cleared hiring.
You'll step into an established account framework with live demand, embedded client relationships and defined SLAs - allowing you to focus on what you do best: high‑quality delivery, candidate engagement and influencing hiring outcomes.
There is no business development or cold sales.
Your value comes from execution, judgement and delivery influence.
What you'll be doing
Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment across a range of technology roles
Headhunt, engage and manage hard‑to‑find, security‑cleared professionals
Build and maintain high‑quality candidate pipelines
Deliver strong shortlists within agreed SLAs and frameworks
Lead offer management, negotiations, objections and onboarding
Act as a trusted delivery lead to clients and internal account teams
Use market insight and data to shape hiring decisionsWhat we're looking for
Proven experience recruiting within SC & DV / security‑cleared markets
Strong headhunting capability with success placing passive candidates
Experience delivering technology roles across: Software Development & Engineering (e.g. Java), Cloud & Infrastructure, Cyber Security, SAP and Infrastructure / Network Engineering.
Strong contract delivery background (MSP or consultancy‑led preferred)
Confident engaging hiring managers and senior stakeholders
Able to commute to Altrincham for core office daysA solutions‑led environment
