A caring and inclusive school in Bromley is seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team from September 2026 on a full time, permanent basis.

The Role
The successful candidate will:
Provide tailored support to pupils with special educational needs, both individually and in small groups
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive learning activities
Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
Help to create a safe, positive, and stimulating learning environment
Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, parents, and external professionals where requiredWe Are Looking For Someone Who:
Has experience working with children with SEN, either in a school or similar setting
Is patient, caring, and adaptable
Has strong communication and teamwork skills
Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Is committed to supporting inclusion and pupil wellbeing
Holds relevant qualifications or training in education or SEN support (desirable but not essential)We Offer:
