MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our industry leading client on their search for an experienced Data Entry/Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. The role is initially on a 6-month contract however, there is a strong possibility for the contract to be extended or even made permanent. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry and sage experience. If you have the required skills and experience, then please apply for an immediate response!
The Role you will be doing;
* Inputting data into production systems
* Verifying and correcting errors in existing records to maintain data integrity
* Organizing and managing files, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval and efficient workflow
* Updating records regularly to reflect new information, transactions, or changes in data
* Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data security protocols
* Geneal administration ad hoc duties.
* Able to work Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm.
About you;
* Previous data entry experience is essential
* Previous sage experience is essential
* Experience working within a manufacturing industry is preferred.
* Excellent attention to detail
* Able to work on your own initiative
* Strong IT skills and experience working on multiple systems
