The Role:

* Leading the Business & Economics department across Key Stages 4 and 5

* Driving high standards of teaching, learning, and achievement

* Supporting curriculum development and departmental strategy

* Managing and mentoring teaching staff within the department

* Full-time position starting in September

The Ideal Candidate:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

* Proven experience teaching Business and Economics at secondary level

* Previous leadership experience or readiness to step into middle leadership

* Strong subject knowledge and excellent classroom practice
