Join Guildprime Specialist Contracts Ltd and lead the commercial delivery of prestigious high-end fit-out and refurbishment projects across luxury residential, retail, hospitality and commercial sectors.
We’re looking for an experienced Senior QS with a strong commercial mindset and a proven track record in fast-paced, high-specification environments.
This role will be office based in Billericay, Essex, with Hybrid working after successful completion of probation period.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing the full commercial lifecycle from tender to final account
* Leading valuations, cost reporting, forecasting, and change control
* Overseeing subcontract procurement and contract administration
* Working closely with clients, consultants and project teams
* Mentoring junior QS staff and driving commercial best practice
What We’re Looking For
* 7+ years’ QS experience in high-end fit-out or construction
* Strong knowledge of JCT contracts (NEC desirable)
* Excellent commercial, negotiation and reporting skills
* Experience delivering complex fast-track projects
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
* Professional, proactive and confident managing multiple projects
