Pertemps Stoke are currently recruiting a Production Supervisor for their client based in Newcastle under Lyme.

For this Production Supervisor role, you will be responsible for:
Carrying out regular equipment inspections and overseeing daily cleaning procedures to ensure all units remain safe and free from hazardous materials
Reporting faults, defects, breakdowns, or maintenance issues promptly to site management
Supporting repair, maintenance, construction, and other operational tasks in line with client requirements
Monitoring completed work to ensure quality standards are achieved and deadlines are consistently met
Operating forklifts and other manufacturing machinery as required within the role
Providing additional support to the wider operations team across the site as needed
For this Production Supervisor role, you will need:

Previous experience in a Paint or Coatings environment is beneficial
Proven experience in a production/manufacturing role is essential
Clear communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team
Understanding of basic health and safety awareness
FLT licence would be advantageous but not essential

Salary: £28,500.00 - £30,000.00 P/A
Days/Hours of work: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00
