40 hours per week | Monday to Friday
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trade Plumber to join a well-established maintenance team covering Dartford, Kent and Croydon. This is a long-term ongoing opportunity working across occupied and void residential properties, offering consistent work, strong support and excellent benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out reactive and planned plumbing repairs
Diagnosing and fixing leaks, blockages and minor pipework issues
Completing bathroom-related repairs and maintenance
Undertaking basic multi-trade work when required, including minor carpentry repairs and door adjustments
Working independently within tenants’ homes
Delivering high standards of workmanship and customer service at all timesRequirements
Proven experience within domestic or residential plumbing
Multi-trade experience preferred
Own tools and transport required initially
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Reliable, professional and capable of managing your own workloadWhat’s on Offer
