Smile Education, a leading education recruitment agency, is seeking a dedicated and experienced PPA Cover Teacher to join our team in providing essential support to primary schools across Wolverhampton This role offers an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher to make a positive impact while enjoying flexibility in their work schedule.
Responsibilities:
Provide PPA cover for primary school teachers, delivering engaging and structured lessons in accordance with school curriculum guidelines.
Effectively manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment during PPA sessions.
Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning and support students' progress.
Use assessment strategies to evaluate student understanding and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
Prepare and organise resources for PPA sessions, ensuring a seamless transition for students.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching across primary Key Stages (KS1 and KS2).
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
Effective classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students during PPA sessions.
Flexibility and availability to work part-time hours as required.Benefits:
