Handyperson

Perform basic repairs and maintenance work.
* Assist tradespeople with general site duties.
* Install, repair, or replace fixtures and fittings.
* Carry out minor carpentry, painting, plumbing, and maintenance tasks.
* Keep work areas clean and tidy.
* Move materials and equipment around the site.
* Use hand and power tools safely and correctly.
* Report defects, hazards, or damage to the Site Supervisor.
* Follow all health and safety procedures and site regulations.
* Assist with site setup and temporary works where required.
Skills & Experience
* Basic knowledge of construction and maintenance work.
* Ability to use common hand and power tools.
* Good practical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Previous construction site experience preferred.
Qualifications
* CSCS Card
* Basic health and safety awareness.
* Relevant trade experience and own tools
