About the Role:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Secondary School Teachers to work across a range of partnered secondary schools in Rotherham. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers looking for flexible work, whether you prefer day-to-day supply, short-term cover, or longer-term placements.
You will have the chance to teach across a variety of subjects, gaining valuable experience in different school settings while making a positive impact on students' education.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum
Adapt quickly to different school environments and classroom settings
Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies
Provide a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
Mark and assess student work where required
Follow lesson plans provided or create your own where necessary
Liaise with school staff to ensure continuity of learning
Uphold safeguarding policies and procedures at all timesRequirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching in UK secondary schools
Strong classroom management skills
Flexibility and willingness to work across different schools and subjects
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive and professional approach to teaching
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
