How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Project Coordinator – High-End Residential Retrofit & Refurbishment

    Location: London
    Job Type: Full-time
    Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

    We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of a high-end residential retrofit and refurbishment project. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced construction environment working on the transformation of a premium residential property to exceptional standards.

    The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating project activities, maintaining programme information, supporting site and consultant teams, and ensuring smooth communication between all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Coordinate day-to-day project administration and reporting

    * Maintain project schedules, trackers, meeting minutes, and action logs

    * Liaise with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and client representatives

    * Support procurement processes and track material deliveries

    * Assist with document control, drawing registers, and revision management

    * Monitor project progress against programme milestones

    * Coordinate site meetings and ensure follow-up actions are completed

    * Support compliance with health & safety and quality procedures

    * Help manage variations, RFIs, and project correspondence

    * Ensure high levels of organisation across all project documentation

    Requirements

    * Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Site Coordinator, or Construction Administrator role

    * Experience working on residential refurbishment, retrofit, or high-end fit-out projects preferred

    * Strong organisational and communication skills

    * Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-moving environment

    * Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook

    * Experience with construction management software/document control systems advantageous

    * Professional and confident working with clients and design teams

    * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

    Desirable

    * Knowledge of residential retrofit works and building regulations

    * Understanding of construction sequencing and project delivery

    * Experience supporting luxury or bespoke residential projects

    * Relevant construction or project management qualification
